Cat Lounge children age 7-9 walk in only

Service Description

Children ages 7,8 and 9 can visit the café as walk ins with their parent/guardian. These spots can not be booked. Please understand we can only take walk ins if space is available. Their visit is limited to 30 minutes and they must be able to be calm, quiet, gentle and respectful to the cats and other guests in the lounge. Children under the age of 7 (including babies) are not allowed in the cat lounge. This includes if you're holding them or if they're in a stroller or carrier. They are not allowed in the lounge at all. Other Rules: * One adult is required for every 2 children under the age of 13. * A half hour visit allows you to enjoy 25 minutes in our cat lounge with 15-20 adoptable rescue cats. 5 minutes is held for check in/out time and changeover of groups. * Visit is $8 Per person plus tax and is for ages ages 7-9 only and their escorting parent/guardian. * We do not offer half our visits for guest over the age of 9. • Please ensure everyone in your party has signed a waiver PRIOR to arriving for your visit. It you have completed a waiver previously you do NOT need to complete another one. Link provided below. We currently allow 15people to visit the lounge each session. • Sanitizing your hands is required upon entrance to the café and cat lounge, and prior to use of the coffee equipment and supplies. • No outside food or drinks are allowed to be brought into the cafe. * All guests must follow the rules posted. Anyone not able to follow the rules will be asked to leave and refunds will not be issued.

Cancellation Policy

Please review our Cancellation Policies below for our various services. All refunds will be less a 5% processing fee to recoup charges to us by Square or Paypal. Cancellations for One hour Cat Lounge Visits: Must be submitted in writing to info@catfeine.net at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are not eligible for a refund. Cancellations for Special Events/Cat Yoga/Meditation Classes: Special Events/Cat Yoga/Meditation Class is non refundable because we book and hire instructor based on the number of participants. You may transfer your ticket to someone else, but please notify us in writing to info@catfeine.net. Private Party Cancellations: Private Parties must be cancelled a minimum of 7 days prior to the event to be eligible for a refund.
