Private Party (Required for party of 8)

Service Description

Our goal is to provide a fun and joyful environment for your special occasion, however; our obligation is to provide a comfortable, loving and respectful environment for our cats in foster care and our other guests. Please keep the following requirements in mind when considering us for your event: * PARTIES OF 8 OR MORE ARE REQUIRED TO BOOK A PRIVATE SESSION. THIS ENSURES OUR OTHER PAYING GUESTS ARE NOT OVERTAKEN BY YOUR EVENT. * ONE HOUR PARTY RESERVATION IS $200 (plus tax) AND INCLUDES 50 MINUTES IN THE CAT LOUNGE AND 10 MINUTES TO CLEAN UP BEFORE THE NEXT SESSION STARTS. * RESERVATIONS ARE FOR THE CAT LOUNGE ONLY AND INCLUDE TIME FOR CHECK IN. * WE DO NOT HAVE SPACE TO CUT/SERVE A CAKE. *A SIGNED WAIVER IS REQUIRED FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS AND SHOULD BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. * MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT FOR ALL PARTY GUEST IS 10 YEARS OLD * PARTY IS LIMITED TO 15 GUESTS * ONE (1) ADULT IS REQUIRED FOR EVERY TWO (2) MINORS * NO YELLING OR SCREAMING IS ALLOWED. QUIET INSIDE VOICES PLEASE. * NO RUNNING OR CHASING CATS OR OTHER GUESTS * NO CLIMBING * NO FLASH PHOTOGRAPHY OF CATS * NO LOUD MUSIC * BE KIND AND GENTLE. Cancellation Policy

Please review our Cancellation Policies below for our various services. All refunds will be less a 5% processing fee to recoup charges to us by Square or Paypal. Cancellations for One hour Cat Lounge Visits: Must be submitted in writing to info@catfeine.net at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are not eligible for a refund. Cancellations for Special Events/Cat Yoga/Meditation Classes: Special Events/Cat Yoga/Meditation Class is non refundable because we book and hire instructor based on the number of participants. You may transfer your ticket to someone else, but please notify us in writing to info@catfeine.net. Private Party Cancellations: Private Parties must be cancelled a minimum of 7 days prior to the event to be eligible for a refund.
